The stunning Grand Lobby can be added on as your wedding ceremony or cocktail hour location for an additional fee.
Your event manager works with you and your wedding coordinator to seamlessly assist with venue-related planning. They are also your venue team leader on event day.
A multitude of support staff are on hand the day of your event to greet guests, complete setup, open doors, transition spaces, and maintain cleanliness.
A uniformed security officer will be present from guest arrival until your grand exit.

Couples love to share the unique history of the museum with their guests by placing cards on ceremony chairs or reception tables. One card is provided per guest.

Our team will assign an expert caterer to provide culinary delights for your event. Your caterer will provide butler-passed appetizers for cocktail hour and a buffet dinner, which includes a variety of entrées and side options, depending on the menu selected. (A plated dinner option is available for an additional fee.)
A certified wedding coordinator will be assigned to your event from the Intimate Wedding Package list. They will guide you through the planning process and use their expertise to execute your dream wedding! Coordinator will begin services at 90 days prior to the wedding day.
An expert baker will be assigned to your event from the Intimate Wedding Package list. You will receive a $450 credit, plus $5 per guest over 40 guests, to customize your dessert options, whether it be a three-tiered cake or no cake at all and just desserts galore!
Table décor, consisting of poly-cotton linens and napkins (multiple color options available), chargers (gold or silver), and centerpieces (geometric-shaped centerpieces with votives and tall candlestick candelabras), are included in your package. Five gold or silver votives for cocktail tables are also included for your cocktail hour.
An expert DJ will be assigned to your event from the Intimate Wedding Package list. They will provide up to five hours of DJ and MC services for your wedding ceremony (if in-house) and reception.
Ten hours of venue access are included with the Intimate Wedding Package. The Lightner Museum only hosts one event per day. The chart below shows your event timeline.
A one-hour wedding ceremony rehearsal is included when hosting your ceremony with us as a part of the Intimate Wedding Package.
This is typically scheduled at 9:30 am the day before. (You will confirm this with your event manager.)
