The St. Augustine Alligator Farm and Zoological Park has been one of St. Augustine’s top tourist destinations for more than 125 years! Not only is it a beautiful place to walk around and see the finest specimens of alligators, crocodiles, and many more fantastic beasts, you can also kick the adventure up a notch by conquering the Crocodile Crossing Zip Line! There are two challenging obstacle courses to choose from, and you’ll fly over alligators and crocodiles right beneath your feet!

Do you and the boys love a day out on the links? St. Augustine and the surrounding areas are known for some of Florida’s best golfing spots. Play like the pros at World Golf Village or TPC Sawgrass, the home of The Players Championship. The Royal St. Augustine Golf & Country Club is also a great option closer to historic St. Augustine.

Is mini golf more your style? Fiesta Falls Mini Golf on the beach and Anastasia Mini Golf on Anastasia Island are two great options!

Anastasia State Park is the perfect outdoorsman’s paradise, not too far from the Oldest City. Rent kayaks, canoes, or paddle boards from Anastasia Watersports and enjoy the scenic water views of the Salt Run and St. Augustine Lighthouse. Thinking about packing everyone into an RV for a bachelor party road trip adventure? You can rent a camp spot in Anastasia State Park! The park also extends all the way to St. Augustine Beach, so you can rent bikes from the Island Beach Shop and cruise along the water.

Speaking of biking, renting bikes is a great way to get around St. Augustine. (Parking in the historic district can be tricky, especially around the busy holiday season!) Planning on staying beachside for the night? Check out Tides Oyster Bar or Cafe Eleven for live music, a local atmosphere, and good drinks.

In the mood for some Karaoke? The Pub on Anastasia Island is one of the best local spots! The bar also features darts, billiards, and an outdoor fire pit, for those who don’t want to take a turn in front of the mic.

If you and your crew are country music fans, Stampedes Dance Hall recently opened its doors in St. Augustine just down the street from The Pub. Try to follow along to a two step, play some pool, or just enjoy some good old fashioned people watching.

Another option is the Quackery tour at the Spanish Military Hospital Museum. This adults-only tour covering “the dark side of medicine” is offered Friday and Saturday evenings.

The St. Augustine Dark of the Moon Ghost Tour combines some of the darker history of one of St. Augustine top attractions with a fun haunted tour. Make sure to get tickets ahead of time, as tours often sell out!

While they don’t offer waterfront views, the Beachcomber and Sunset Grille on St. Augustine Beach are about as close as you can get to eating on the sand!
